Statement

Creating “pictures” has been an important part of my life as long as I can remember. As an artist my work has been displayed in galleries, museums and exhibitions. In 1991, I started working commercially as a photographic illustrator collaborating with art directors, creative directors, editors and designers to create images that communicate specific ideas and messages.

In 2003, a client requested a desire to purchase an archival print of one of my published images. At the time that seemed like a simple request to fulfill, but unfortunately I was never able to acquire a satisfactory archival digital print from a commercial lab, and as a result, I lost a substantial sale.

Distressed by my sale lost, I decided to invest in my own wide format digital printer so that I could not only print exhibition quality prints for myself but also offer my custom printing services to others. Since the summer of 2003, I have been printing fine art reproductions and photographic prints for others, as well as printing my own archival print editions.

It has been very rewarding working with other artists and helping them to expand their market through the sale and exhibition of their archival prints. My goal is to create the best possible print from your digital file or create the best possible reproduction of your original art. Print clients include painters, photographers, illustrators and interior designers.
